Event Planning and Creative Direction
Camp Polyhacks is Cal Poly's first student-run social entrepreneurship hackathon where, over the course of 12 hours, approximately 90 students formed teams that created digital solutions to real-life community problems in San Luis Obispo.
As creative director of Camp Polyhacks, I designed the Polyhacks brand: the logo, shirts, maps, advertisements, and miscellaneous swag products. I also helped emcee the event itself and ran the Camp Polyhacks Snapchat, which I not only used to document the event and engage with students, but to also post "flash challenges" where students could win free prizes just by participating in the challenges I post.
